Weekly rentals: Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Saturday morning.
Weekend rentals: Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Friday afternoon. Check out time is 4:00 p.m. Sunday afternoon.
Check in and Check out Times can be flexible depending upon availability.
All reservations must be accompanied by a $700 security deposit.
HOUSE RULES
The maximum number of people allowed is six.
No pets are allowed.
No smoking in the house. Please dispose of butts properly. Please be cautious during dry seasons.
No watercraft of any kind are allowed on the property. The association is very concerned about the transmission of zebra mussels. You will have the opportunity to use any of the watercraft we have on the property.
No gas powered equipment is allowed on the lake. This includes gas ice augers.
Fishing is allowed per state regulations. A fishing license is not necessary to fish. Perch, bluegill, and rock bass may be caught and cleaned. Largemouth bass fishing is catch and release only. No fish may be taken off the property.
No hunting on any land owned by the association. This includes all land around the lake and behind the road.
No ATVs or snowmobiles allowed on association roads.
Respect the quiet and peaceful nature of association residents.
A cleaning checklist must be completed before check out.
